Refund & Return Policy

We aim to keep our customers happy. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

• Grocery and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered (unless damaged at the time of delivery).

• Electronics and accessories must be returned in original condition with packaging.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
