Being in the position of BDM, you have to perform the following duties: 1. To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations. 2. To monitor actively the work of the marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction. 3. To set up meetings with potential clients and convertingthe leads into business. 4. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis. 5. To search for marketing opportunities by planning and understanding consumer requirements in achieving the company’s marketing goals. 6. To collaborate with marketing team members in creating new sales and advertising strategies.
